Slippery Slope: Fox News Bows to the Mob

We should not forget that Fox News NEVER told the truth about Barry Soetoro's fake birth certificate despite the overwhelming evidence that it is truly a fraudulent document, so they too answer to the Elite, allowing them to go only so far.   And if you don't think so, then check the evidence and ask yourself how much you have let the media brainwash you.

Fox has now suspended Judge Jeanine Pirro's #1 rated show according to WND  for not towing the politically correct party line and being critical with her words towards Muslim U.S. Rep. Ilhan Omar, D-Minn.

The President weighed in today on twitter:

"But we will never bow to the mob -- ever. No matter what." - Tucker Carlson, March 11th 2019

Maybe Tucker never will bow to the mob, but what about Fox News corporately? :

"Once again, Fox News has buckled to the left, condemning one of its own hosts, Judge Jeanine, for being too tough on radical Islam. This follows Fox banning criticism of George Soros.  Fox is the fake opposition. It will only let its hosts go so far in telling the truth about the anti-Americanism of Islamists and communists (socialists). If they go “too far,” they are humiliated in public by the corporate suits – or fired.

All that Pirro did was ask a question: “[Rep.] Omar wears a hijab, which, according to the Koran 33:59, tells women to cover so they won’t get molested. Is her adherence to this Islamic doctrine indicative of her adherence to sharia law, which in itself is antithetical to the United States Constitution?”

Do some Muslim women perceive the hijab to be obligatory to their faith? Yes, of course. Indeed, some experts say that the wearing of head coverings for women is “obligatory” in most of the Muslim world under Sharia. As such, the question is appropriate: do these Muslims put Sharia law above the Constitution?

My gosh, we need TV hosts who ask questions like this. We need a national debate, especially when the Congresswoman is making anti-Semitic statements.

“We strongly condemn Jeanine Pirro’s comments about Rep. Ilhan Omar,” the Fox network said.

“They do not reflect those of the network and we have addressed the matter with her directly.”

Robert Spencer writes, “The ‘fair and balanced’ network is now as unfair and unbalanced as the rest of them… what Pirro actually said was something Fox should have been applauding, if it hadn’t already become just another establishment network.” Louis Farrakhan’s Nation of Islam paper has come to Omar’s defense. Omar has thanked Fox News.

Fox host Tucker Carlson is hanging by a thread, as a result of bizarre comments he made years ago to the shock jock “Bubba the Love Sponge.” Leftists dug up those comments to get him canned. I find that Carlson offers some entertaining and provocative commentary on Fox. He’s better than most. My gripe is that he too often features people such as (leftist) Glenn Greenwald and (lesbian activist) Tammy Bruce, who masquerades as a conservative."

Over at Front Page Mag, Robert Spencer exposes how Fox News takes the side of CAIR:

"Predictably, the Hamas-linked Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) called on Fox to fire Pirro. Like a shark, CAIR can smell blood in the water: instead of defending Pirro for asking a perfectly legitimate question, Fox immediately reacted as if Pirro had stolen Barack Obama’s parking space, denouncing Pirro’s words with stern self-righteousness"

Spencer then goes on to write in the same article:

"Fox is increasingly slipping into the Leftist echo chamber. It is terrified of discussing these issues. A few years ago, Jeanine Pirro contacted me and was going to have me as a featured guest on a special show about Sharia. She was very excited about it, and all the arrangements were made to fly me in and get me set up in the studio. Then at the last minute, everything was canceled — it was clear that Fox executives had told her she was venturing into forbidden territory. They willingly kowtow to the Southern Poverty Law Center’s defamation campaign targeting foes of jihad terror and Sharia oppression of women and others. But last night, Pirro ventured off the reservation again, daring to suggest that Ilhan Omar’s hijab showed her to be Sharia-compliant."

From Breitbart we see even a Producer has gotten in on the act of bashing Pirro for something she didn't say :

"A Fox News online producer, Hufsa Kamal, criticized Pirro’s remarks on social media, writing: “@JudgeJeanine can you stop spreading this false narrative that somehow Muslims hate America or women who wear a hijab aren’t American enough? You have Muslims working at the same network you do, including myself. K thx. "
