‘Very Troubling’ Video Seemingly Shows Touch-Screen Voting Machine in Virginia ‘Malfunctioning’

**UPDATE.... I've heard many reports that this is "just a calibration issue." I will say this... when I went to page 2 and began voting for city council members, I touched inside each box (like I did on the first screen) and this time had NO issues whatsoever. So, I don't know except, this is always happening during elections, and this is always benefiting the Democrats.  -Va Beach23451

Voters have experienced technical difficulties as a result of possible “calibration issues” affecting touch-screen voting machines in Virginia Beach and Newport News, Virginia, the Virginia Department of Elections confirmed on Tuesday.
The office of U.S. Rep. Scott Rigell (R-Va.) released video recorded by a voter that appears to show him trying to vote for a Republican candidate, but the Democrat’s name being checked.
“This is very troubling. It is critical that every voter verifies the final summary page before pushing the ‘cast ballot’ option,” Rigell said in a statement.

So far, 31 voting machines in 25 different precincts in Virginia Beach have experienced technical difficulties, WAVY-TV reports. The machines in question are reportedly out of service.
“We have received a handful of complaints from voting officials of malfunctioning polling machines. As soon as we learned of these problems, we removed those machines from service,”  Virginia Beach Registrar Donna Patterson said in a statement. “Please be assured that we are doing everything in our power to ensure that the election results are fair and accurate. To that end, we have instructed all election officials to remind voters to double-check the final summary page of their ballots, to make absolutely certain that their votes are properly recorded.”
