US Sending Arms to Communist Vietnam to Counter China

RT America

The US is loosening its decades long ban on exporting weapons to Vietnam. Nearly 40 years after the end of the Vietnam War, five patrol boats and several surveillance planes will head from America to the Communist state to ensure maritime security. RT’s Alexey Yaroshevsky has more on the announcement and its potential implications for relations with China.
