While the government demands to know EVERYTHING about you, FISA "judges" of the secret court push back on even a suggestion of oversight. The New York Times releases a little of the information we gave you 4 months ago about specific technologies while they deny that this is being used domestically. It is. And the surveillance is more detailed than the NYT article talks about — as we explained back in 2006.
And Homeland Security is concerned enough about radiation that they are breaking the FAA's rules restricting helicopters to a minimum 1,000 ft elevation (DHS will go to 150ft). And DHS will be doing it with a "massive" helicopter "for years to come"
