Obama: Making Gun Owners Mentally Ill

Before we get to the main article by Constitutional Attorney Michael Connelly, I thought I would try and put some of it in context of little known, yet historical fact regarding using psychiatry and "mental illness" as a weapon against mankind to the benefit of the Elite.  Yes, the U.N.’s World Health Organization, Rockefeller, and other institutions and people of infamy have used “psychiatry” as a means to their evil ends.  What is happening regarding gun control and mental health is nothing new.  It is all part of their plan:

"Rockefeller Foundation president Max Mason tells trustees that "The Social Sciences will concern themselves with the rationalization of social control... the control of human behavior." -Rockefeller & Global Mind Control

"America has reached a point where almost half its population is described as being in some way mentally ill.... In 1980, the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders added 112 new mental disorders to its third edition, DSM-III.... With over a million copies in print, the manual is known as the bible of American psychiatry.... "After several requests to the American Psychiatric Association, I was granted complete access to the hundreds of unpublished memos, letters.... Experts pressed for the inclusion of illnesses as questionable as 'chronic undifferentiated unhappiness disorder' and 'chronic complaint disorder,' whose traits included moaning about taxes, the weather, and even sports results. "Social phobia, later dubbed 'social anxiety disorder,' was one of seven new anxiety disorders.... The list of common behaviors associated with the disorder gave him pause: fear of eating alone in restaurants, avoidance of public toilets, and concern about trembling hands. By the time a revised task force added dislike of public speaking in 1987, the disorder seemed sufficiently elastic to include virtually everyone on the planet ...” -Mind Control

“The Rockefeller Foundation funded the Kaiser Wilhelm Institute for Psychiatry in Munick, directed by Dr. Ernst Rudin. Additional funding was provided by the Harrimans, Warburg and the British Crown. It continued to sponsor the Institute and its Nazi leader throughout the devastating holocaust of World Ward II. “  -  Steps toward Global Mind Control

"The issue became prominent in the 1970s and 1980s due to the systematic political abuse of psychiatry in the Soviet Union, where approximately one-third of the political prisoners were locked up in psychiatric hospitals....Time and again, human rights and mental health organizations receive reports on cases of abuse of psychiatry for political purposes. The fact that these reports come from a wide range of countries shows that there is an ongoing tension between politics and psychiatry and that the opportunity to use psychiatry as a means to stifle opponents." [An insightful report by Robert van Voren, 2009] "This tilt of freedom toward evil has come about gradually, but it evidently stems from a humanist and benevolent concept to which man-- the master of this world-- does not bear any evil within himself, and all the defects of life are caused by misguided socials systems, which must therefore be corrected." "The methods used to make 'learning' and confession [group authenticity and sharing] palatable and workable are borrowed freely from evangelism, psychiatry and science. The language and ideals of each of these fields were taken over and given new meanings and new interpretations in accordance with communist need. “ELIZABETH J. ROBERTS, a psychiatrist who treats children and adolescents and the author of “Should You Medicate Your Child's Mind?'' published an article for the Washington Post (October 8, 2006). In this article, she states: "The changes I've seen in the practice of child psychiatry are shocking. Psychiatrists now misdiagnose and overmedicate children for ordinary defiance and misbehavior. Temper tantrums are increasingly being characterized as psychiatric illnesses. Using such diagnoses as bipolar disorder, attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and Asperger's, doctors are justifying the sedation of difficult kids with powerful psychiatric drugs that may have serious, permanent or even lethal side effects." Roberts goes on to report "a staggering jump in the percentage of children diagnosed with a mental illness and treated with psychiatric medications...[In 2002] some 10.8 million prescriptions were dispensed for children... 19 children died after taking prescription amphetamines the medications used to treat ADHD. These are the same drugs for which the number of prescriptions written rose 500 percent from 1991 to 2000." "What was once a somber, heart-wrenching decision for a parent," states Roberts, "and something children often resisted medicating a child's mind is now widely used to parent a belligerent child.” -A Rush to Medicate Young Mind

"A psychopolitician... must recruit and use all the agencies and facilities of 'mental healing.' He must labor to increase the personnel and facilities of 'mental healing' until at last the entire field of mental science is entirely dominated by Communist principles and desires....You must labor until we have dominion over the minds and bodies of every important person in your nation....You will discover that everything will aid you in your campaign to seize, control and use a 'mental healing' to spread our doctrine and rid us of our enemies within their own borders."

“At the end of the Second World War, the Rockefeller Foundation's medical director, Alan Gregg, began to fund the Tavistock Institute of Human Relations (TIHR) to undertake the kind of social psychiatry that had been developed by the army during wartime and see if it could be relevant for civilian society. Dr. John Rawlings Rees (mentioned at the beginning of Part 1 of this article) developed the "Tavistock Method," which induces and controls stress via what Rees called "psychologically controlled environments" in order to make people give up family-held beliefs under "peer pressure."  TIHR worked closely with the Research Center for Group Dynamics (mentioned in Part 1 of this article), which co-founded the National Training Laboratories (NTL) with a division of the National Education Association (NEA) “-Mental Health, Education and Social Control - Part 2

On June 25, 2013 I posted an article on this blog titled “Psychiatry as a Weapon of Tyranny” and I pointed out the history behind using an ever broadening definition of mental illness as a way to disarm and ultimately imprison the potential enemies of dictators throughout history. I also pointed out that his technique was being used against American military veterans, and with the IRS now having access to the medical records of all Americans, this type of action would be broadened to include many more U.S. citizens. 
Now, Obama has issued two new illegal and unconstitutional Executive Actions on gun control that attempt to codify my predictions into law. The new EAs exempt the states from complying with Federal privacy laws and encourage states to disclose confidential medical information to the FBI so that more people can be placed on the NICS and prohibited from purchasing firearms. This is despite the fact that in order to legally be placed on the NICS list an individual must be a convicted felon or legally adjudicated to be mentally ill to the point of being a danger to themselves or others. 
Obama and the Veterans Administration are already bypassing the legal adjudication process when it comes to veterans and now with these new EOs will do the same thing to many other Americans. 
The Constitutional implications of this are obvious and rampant. First, Obama has violated both Article 1 and Article 2 of the Constitution that establish the balance of powers existing between the Congress and the Executive Branch of government. Under Article 1 the Congress has the exclusive power to pass laws and Article 2 requires the Executive Branch (the President) to enforce those laws. The President is routinely violating these provisions by choosing which laws to enforce, amending existing laws without congressional approval, and making new laws by Executive Order. 
Second, federal laws require the states and the medical community protect the privacy of individual medical records. This has now been waived by the Obama Executive Orders that he had no constitutional authority to issue. This also violates the Fourth Amendment prohibition against illegal searches and seizures. 
Third, the Fifth Amendment to the Constitution prohibits the government from depriving citizens of life, liberty, or property without due process of law. By placing veterans and other Americans on the NICS list without a legal adjudication of mental illness causing them to be a danger to themselves or others they are being denied liberty and property without due process. 
Last, but certainly not least, the U.S. Supreme Court has twice ruled that the right to keep and bear arms is an individual right, yet this right is routinely being denied to veterans and other Americans simply because Obama and his minions want all of us to be disarmed. A disarmed population is a population that cannot effectively resist tyranny. 

Since Congress has repeatedly refused to pass gun control legislation Obama is invoking the mental illness card to accomplish the mission. If you have ever told your doctor you have been depressed, ever suffered from PTSD after being in an accident or losing a family member, or even in the past taken certain types of medications for things such as ADD you may be denied your Second Amendment rights. 
The Obama administration has also changed the definition of adjudication of a mental illness from requiring an action by a board, commission, or other lawful authority to allowing anyone in the VA or other government agency to find someone incompetent or mentally defective. 
There is no longer any due process required and while military veterans are still the primary target, the ultimate goal is the disarming of all Americans. This mirrors the actions of the Nazi party in Germany and other dictatorships that have used alleged mental illness to disarm, imprison, and control their populations. 
The groundwork is being laid to have the very act of gun ownership be declared a mental illness. That is why the lawsuits we at the United States Justice Foundation (www.usjf.net) are working on for veterans are so critical. 
If the efforts of the Obama administration are successful at disarming veterans the rest of the population will also be vulnerable.
