Has anyone seen where we left the 4th amendment? I have checked my pockets, underneath the sofa cushions and in the car. I don't have it. Last time I saw it, it was tucked neatly between the 3rd and 5th amendment, but of course, with the way that ole constitution keeps evolving, plus the new math, it may have simply disappeared. Oh wait, I bet Obama lent it out to the Muslim Brotherhood, or another one of his allies. Can someone check Kenya?
