Panetta: 'International Permission’ Trumps Congressional Permission For Military Actions

What is really being said by Panetta is that International law, i.e, the United Nations (in all their Sharia wisdom) trumps the U.S. constitution.  Tearing down the constitution is what this administration is all about in their, "fundamental transformation"- and so it continues...-W.E.
