Agenda 21 is a world-wide totalitarian system under way now, planned by the U.N. since 1976 and being implemented in YOUR town at the local level. This is a system about managing you and your life, where you live, what you drive, what you eat, what you own and monitoring you (drones?) to be sure you are complying.  You will want to do your homework on this and find out what is happening in your town.  Once you understand it, you will begin to notice it everywhere.
